Presents #Memoir Madness Twitter Chat
I’m very excited to announce #MEMOIRMADNESS, a special one-off chat I will be hosting alongside ten other amazing travel MEMOIR authors. The one hour chat will be held on Monday April 4th, 2016 from 19:30-20:30 UK time (11:30-12:00 PDT, 14:30-15:30 EDT, 20:30-21:00 CEST, and 2:30-3:00 GMT+8).

This is a great chance to discuss memoirs with like-minded readers, ask the featured memoir authors questions, give some feedback and discover new memoirs to add to your to-be-read list. I’m excited to host #MemoirMadness alongside these ten bestselling travel memoir authors and hope you can join us for this special occasion.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
What is a Twitter Chat? A brief explanation on how a twitter chat works. Six questions plus a bonus question, will be asked at approximately 8 minute intervals, and these are prefaced with Q1, Q2 and so on. You answer each question with the relevant answer (A1, A2 etc.) as they are posted. Engagement is key!

#MemoirMadness is expected to be a busy chat. The best way to follow is to open a separate Twitter window, put #MemoirMadness in the search bar and make sure you click the button “Live” to follow the conversations as tweets are posted live. The top of your page should look like this.

Open another tab for your notifications so you can follow the chat and who is chatting directly with you. It is VITALLY important to include the #MemoirMadness hashtag (as shown below) at the end of every single tweet you post so your tweets can be followed by the hosts and other participants joining the #MemoirMadness thread.

With one window open on your Twitter “notifications” and one on “#MemoirMadness” you will be all set up to answer the questions as they are posted live, interact with like-minded readers/travellers and enjoy the conversations!
